A Comparative Method for Field Necropsy in Wildlife

Join Drs. Dan Novitch (DVM, PHV, FADD) and Melanie Iverson (DVM, DVSc, DACVP) as they present a method for performing field necropsies that can be used across all species of wildlife. This hybrid workshop will provide field biologists with a broad assessment of potential abnormalities across taxa, from birds to bears, and provide guidelines on when and how to collect specimens.
Virtual participants will observe hands-on necropsy activities in detail, including live interaction with in-person attendees and instructors.
